Reliable care for the places that matter.
TEND is a Perth-based garden and property care business built around one simple idea: looking after your home should be easy.
We bring together garden maintenance, outdoor cleaning and practical property upkeep in one dependable service, so you have one point of contact for the jobs that keep your place looking neat, functional and well cared for.
From regular lawn and garden care to larger tidy-ups, pressure cleaning and general maintenance, our focus is on reliable service, clear communication and quality work.

Meet Caleb
Founder of TEND
Caleb founded TEND from a genuine love of practical, hands-on work and the satisfaction that comes from improving a space and seeing the result at the end of the day.
His background in physically demanding, hands-on environments has shaped the way he approaches the business — work hard, take pride in the details, communicate clearly and do what you say you’ll do.
What matters most to Caleb is building trust with customers and becoming someone they can rely on, whether that is for regular garden care, a list of property jobs or simply keeping an eye on the place over time.
TEND is his way of providing the kind of service he believes should be standard: dependable, approachable and done with care.
